The view doesn't do it justice - trust me!
Anyway, we had a leisurely breakfast in our hotel, our host let us know we were nuts to be going to Finisterre, but, living on a coast as we do, we assumed that the weather report is a good guess, at best.
We taxi'ed to the bus station with backpacks in the trunk of the car, hopped on the 10AM bus to Finisterre, a three hour journey on twisty roads with occasional stops. Sitting more than halfway back in a crowded bus was NOT this girl's idea of fun, fought nausea the whole way, B was a champ, at the ready with the hood of his rain jacket in case I had a yack attack.
In the end, all was more than worth the effort, yay for glorious sunshine and a beautiful 4km stroll right out to the end of the cape!

These clouds were just spectacular!

This is where Columbus led his men off in search of "the New World", or the edge of a flat earth...........

This little guy was VERY vocal, but the presence of a half-dozen other goats convinced us he was in no trouble -

And the true end of the Camino for many

Where some youngsters choose to end their relationships with some of their clothing and equipment :-/

This biker tossed a jersey onto one of the several fires -

others just leave stuff.

On the way back to town we had a look around the 12th century church, but it wasn't open.

I was amazed at the colors in the water!

After a shower and rest we walked down to town to meet Susan and Keith from the UK for dinner. We'd run into them on the bus to Finisterre earlier this AM, hadn't seen them since early this week!
