One door of the cathedral of Santo Domingo

And B's pic of the cathedral tower

Today we left La Rioja region (and it's funny, there's not a grapevine to be found anywhere) and are now in Castilla y Leon, surrounded by wheat fields, potatoes, field peas, and a little oilseed rape here and there.

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO silly............I thought since there'd been no more postings that you had no Wi-Fi..... only then today I saw that my little bookmark was in april.......... and now it's MAY!!!!!!!!!!!! and I can't comment on my cell phone.............. so i'm finally caught up! WHEW. I look forward to this EVERY day like a vitamin :-) The pano is beautiful......... I can imagine the anxiety of finding a place each day to rest.... and being more crowded than anticipated... and by the way, how RUDE about your packs being thrown on you........ hope they get there's one day.... not excusable........... but sounds like you've found some kind people along the way; that your bodies are beginning to adjust; that your vocabulary and sign language is adequate and that you will find your way in perfect time......... I pray for perfect timing in the perfect way......... and so glad you got a private room and bath one night........ what heaven that must have been ..... I carry you both in my heart...... and am having fun living vicariously through you! and yeah to Brian for finding a little place to eat when things were so crowded on mother's day and having a meal to remember for a lifetime ....
